One reason our classes continue to grow is our outstanding
group of selectively recruited instructors. From day one, all
instructors were “hand picked”. They are expertly
trained to teach each class. They are committed to and understand
the importance for motivating you and they want to be a part of
your pursuit to fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
